What is a Marketing Funnel
What is a marketing funnel and why is it important for every marketer online make one?
It is a marketing strategy to encourage potential customers to buy products from your company. It is a process of selling in which someone visits your website to look up the information they need to solve their problem. However, via certain tools, you will learn how to build a relationship with each visitor.
This will allow you to understand the needs and wants of every visitor. This will enable you to give the best information possible to every visitor. The visitor will feel more confident buying your product if you have gained their trust. The visitor then transform into a buyer.
Certain customers turn out to be very loyal customers, willing to purchase any product you promote. A marketing funnel is comprised of the various steps of the sales process will transform a regular website visitor into an extremely loyal customer who is willing to buy everything that you throw at them.

This is the ultimate goal of any internet marketer. It is achievable with a properly designed funnel.
Your marketing materials are drawing attention of people and leading them to the funnel. Once they fill out your PERSONAL form, they will be automatically entered into the funnel. Since no one is going to sign up to your business lead capture page, I said "personal". They are looking to be a leader and not a business.
The page for lead capture is where they begin the funnel. When they click the "Sign up Now" or the "Enter here" buttons, they will be able to access a whole different world of network marketing.
The best part is that they are qualifying themselves to do it. It is their decision. You've not sold them anything, other than your leadership qualities, a mentor, and as someone that can help them get more leads and more cash into their business.
This is the way a typical funnel functions.
You can offer an item for free to the "front-end" to draw and qualifie people interested in your products. You will need to register to receive the product (also called opt in) and enter your email address and name. They will then be added to your email mailing list.
Now, you can include these contacts in your email lists so you can send them any other offers that are relevant to them.
After signing up for the offer, the user will be directed to a page that offers an affordable price, or, as it's known, a tripwire offer. It is here that they'll be moving to your "backend" of your funnel.
If the buyer purchases the lowest priced offer and is accepted, they are directed to a comparable offer at a more expensive cost (commonly called an upsell). Also, the buyer will be transferred to the next product if they buy the same deal at a higher price. This could go on for a long time.
